On December 4, 2024, a workshop titled "Briefing Meeting for Training for Trainers" was held at GGGI's office in Hanoi as part of a collaborative project between the UEH Sustainable Finance Institute (SFI) and GGGI Vietnam. The event was attended by a consulting team led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Thi Mai Hoai, along with Ms. Maria Cecilia, the Deputy Country Representative of GGGI. Additionally, GGGI staff and guest lecturers from Foreign Trade University (FTU), the Academy of Finance (AOF), and the National Economics University (NEU) participated in the meeting.
In the workshop, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mai Hoai presented an overview of the project, the course learning objectives, and the content modules under the theme "Sustainable Finance through the Gender Lens and Social Inclusion." The key topics included:
- Foundations of Sustainable Finance
- Gender Lens and Sustainable Finance
- Social Inclusion and Sustainable Finance
Throughout the session, the SFI consulting team, participating lecturers, and representatives from GGGI Vietnam engaged in dynamic and productive discussions. The participants highly appreciated the workshop, which laid a solid foundation for future training activities and underscored the importance of effective collaboration among stakeholders in promoting sustainable finance in Vietnam.
